FAQs about SafeNet Feature
1. Which apps/websites does SafeNet work with?
SafeNet effectively blocks advertisements on most apps and websites. However, some apps require you to connect to a specific location for SafeNet to function properly. To enable ad-blocking on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram, make sure to connect to a location marked with the "Ad Free" tag.
2. What should I do if SafeNet isn't working on certain apps/websites?
A common solution is to restart the app or refresh the website. If you continue to experience issues with SafeNet, please submit a support ticket through the app. Keep in mind that SafeNet cannot block ads on Netflix and Disney+ because these ads are embedded directly within the video stream, a limitation that also affects other ad blockers.
3. Will SafeNet be available on additional platforms?
Since SafeNet is a newly launched feature, we are working towards making it available on other platforms, including Android TV, Apple TV, and Windows. Stay tuned for updates!
