What is SafeShell VPN’s refund policy?

1. Eligibility

  • The refund guarantee applies only to first-time users of SafeShell VPN.
  • Customers who have already received a refund or currently have a refund in process are not eligible.
  • Renewed subscriptions are not refundable.

2. Timeframe

  • First-time users may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Official Website Payments

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through the official SafeShell VPN website using eligible payment methods.

We only use these details to locate and verify your payment so we can process your refund quickly. Please mask any unrelated personal information on your statement.

  • Your SafeShell account email
  • A screenshot of the billing statement from your bank showing the charge you wish to refund
  • The screenshot must display the last 4 digits of your card and the exact payment date

PayPal
Please send the following to support@safeshellvpn.com or our official Telegram [@safeshellvpn]:

  • Your SafeShell account email
  • A screenshot of your PayPal billing statement
  • The Invoice ID (click “Details” in PayPal to display the Invoice ID — not the Transaction ID)

Third-Party Payment Methods
For payments made via other supported third-party channels on the SafeShell VPN website, please provide:

  • Your SafeShell account email
  • A screenshot of the successful payment (must show the last 4 digits of the card and payment date)

For crypto payments made via the official website, please provide:

  • Your SafeShell account email
  • A screenshot confirming the successful transaction

3.2 In-App Purchases (Not Covered by Our Guarantee)

Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are not covered by the SafeShell VPN 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Google Play Help, and all decisions are made at Google’s discretion.

Apple App Store (iTunes)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store (iTunes) via in-app purchases are not covered by the SafeShell VPN 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Apple help, and all decisions are made at Apple’s discretion.

3.3 Unofficial Payment Channels

For products purchased through unofficial resellers or non-partner payment channels, refunds must be requested from the reseller directly.
SafeShell VPN does not have access to these payment records and therefore cannot issue refunds for such transactions.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, our team will process it within 10 business days.
The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Please check with your bank, PayPal, Google, or Apple for updates.
