They always get involved in strange adventures, partly thanks to their "distant" relative MZ/X discovered by Aladár, and partly on their own. With the help of Aladár's homemade transceiver, converted from a radio, they contact their 30th-century relative on the Köbunoka peninsula. Unbelievable things suddenly happen in the otherwise ordinary family. It's no wonder that the mother of the family mentions Hufnágel Pisti's name quite often.
