Why Can't I Manage My App Store Subscription on the Website?

Reason:

Since SafeShell VPN integrates the subscription systems of Google Play and Apple App Store, subscriptions purchased through these platforms are managed independently by them to protect your payment information and account privacy.

Therefore, subscriptions made via Google Play or Apple App Store cannot be canceled or renewed in the website’s Subscription Management Center.

 

Steps:

1. For Google Play Users:

• Open the Google Play app and tap the menu icon in the upper left corner.
• Select “Subscriptions.”
• Find the SafeShell VPN subscription and click “Manage” to cancel or renew.

2. For Apple App Store Users:

• Open the App Store and tap your account icon in the top right corner.
• Go to the “Subscriptions” section.
• Locate the SafeShell VPN subscription and click to manage it, either to cancel or renew.
