We want to be transparent with you about the pricing of our service. Each user can enjoy only one free trial, even though different subscription plans may include different free trial periods. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase, and all prices include applicable local sales taxes. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, a subscription will automatically start after the free trial period ends.
Our VPN service uses the auto-renewal function. This means that unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew.
We want to make sure you have all the necessary tools to manage your subscription, including the ability to cancel it. After purchase, you can easily access the subscription management page on the App Store by visiting the membership center within the app, or you can go directly to your account settings on the App Store to view and manage your subscription information.
After canceling your subscription, the auto-renewal feature will be disabled, and your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period. You can still enjoy the paid services within the current subscription period. However, once the current subscription period expires, you will be unable to continue using the subscription service unless you re-subscribe.
Once you subscribe to SafeShell VPN, you can use it up to 5 devices simultaneously. However, it's important to note that the application stores for different device platforms (such as iOS and Android) are independent of each other. Subscriptions purchased on one platform cannot be automatically transferred or shared on another platform. This is due to the diffderences and limitations between the stores.
We frequently update our User Agreement and Privacy Policy in accordance with service changes and legal requirements. We'll keep you informed, ensuring a confident VPN experience.
